Hey systems - DROP IT!

DROP IT!

A point that I have seen that will assist me within walking this process is developing the ability to instantly let go of thoughts, emotions, reactions of any kind – and be HERE even if for only a moment – to completely DROP all that is going on within the mind and within my emotional states. Often when a point gets brought up, I go into reaction and then self-judgment as well as go into points of 'moping around' and holding on to the points that are brought up – defining self AS those points and going into a slump/depression which eats up a LOT of time from the day and does not assist or support anything but my own pettiness and ego.

I am seeing the importance the importance of breathing, letting go, and speaking out the point and taking on the actual self-correction.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I AM my limitations and faults that get pointed out

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate within and as depression, anxiety, stress, and nervousness as energetic states when a point is opened up or I have gone into 'lockdown'

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to seek isolation instead of opening myself up to vulnerability with others

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to throw a tantrum and want to storm off or go into spiteful ignorace when a point is exposed

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to 'hold on' to energetic reactions as way to not have to deal with reality

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that it is hard/difficult to simply drop a point, and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear letting go of the familiarity of having an energetic reaction

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to participate within energetic reactions within myself from a starting point of wanting to hide and remain within that space of inner turmoil

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear simply letting go and trusting that I will remain

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be spiteful to others within wanting to hold on to the energetic/emotional reaction within self and blaming others for being 'insensitive'

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not take all points into consideration when I am in a point of energetic reaction and suppression/self judgment, and within this I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that my points are special and more valuable than the actual suffering that exists within this reality

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to abdicate self over to the mind within and as the energetic possession/reaction

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to, in the moment of experiencing reaction and energetic possession/suppression, not stop myself and correct myself then and there.

I stop. If/when I see myself within a point of reaction and go into suppression or internalization and 'locking down', I will support myself to speak out the point, physically move myself, push myself to participate within the physical, and will not allow myself to remain within depression or emotional fits.

I support myself within DROPPING and letting go of thoughts/words/reactions/self-judgment when a point comes up and simply walk the practical living correction.
